Description

Perfect to balance cars, vans and pick-ups wheels with a maximum weight of 65 kg.
Measurements are carried out with an industrial PC which gives high speed and accuracy. 22" LCD Monitor.

Interactive help with information and advice on due operation.
Automatic introduction of rim values (distance and diameter).
Automatic acquisition of wheel width without contact through ultrasonic sensor "SONAR".
Automatic search of the position and locking of the wheel. The exact position is indicated through a laser point + LED lighting that significantly simplifies the placement of adhesive weights
Balancing Programs: Dynamic, Static, Special functions: which allow more accuracy when adhesive weights are applied inside the rim.
Rim-tire assembly optimization program.
Calibration and self-checking program.
Split wheel balancing weight program which enables operator to choose the position where adhesive weight will be placed.
Weight reduction program that makes it possible to save on weights used, maximizing productivity and favoring the environment.
Automatic locking wheel driven by multi-pedal, it guarantees speed and centering precision.
Integrated pneumatic lift that prevents operator effort placing wheel on the machine. It also ensures correct centering thanks to the damping of the system.
Professional accessories that include a set of low conicity sleeves, which makes the rim centering more precise, and a large diameter support cup, to achieve a better drag surface, preventing wheel from turning on the balancer.
