Equipment created to correctly center vehicle headlights.
It performs the adjustment in broad daylight for asymmetrical and symmetrical projectors, fog lights and auxiliary lights, whose height does not exceed 1.40 m.
Aligner optical system receives light rays from automotive projectors, concentrating them and forming an image on screen that is geometrically similar to that seen in front of the vehicle. On this screen, necessary corrections are made to get lights alignment.
Equipment has a built-in digital lux-meter which allows determinate quickly and accurately light projection quality.
Equipment has a laser pointer to find the headlight center and select the alignment, and a laser visor to find car horizontal alignment (two symmetrical reference points are searched and then box is moved until alignment between the two reference points and red line projected by laser visor).
Equipment is portable with three-wheel base, for better stability and handling. It has battery power and optical camera that can be adjusted in height for exact positioning in front of the headlight.
