Description

State of the art Wheel Aligner A252 for easy and accurate alignment use for trucks, buses and commercial vehicles wheels .

The measure device, the wheel clamp, front turntables, the portable module and the trailers and semitrailers alignement device (optional) are an integral solution for an advanced wheels alignement.

QUICK RUN OUT: Run out compensation just moving the vehicle only 30 cm.

PORTABLE MODULE
Portable module composed by a small computer that works in wireless mode.
Designed to be carried around the vehicle or therein. Ideal for moving and service pits measures.
Alignment software supports a variety of procedures for truck, bus, trailer, and semi-trailer wheel alignment.
The procedures can be varied, or add new ones, by virtue of different vehicle configurations that may exist.
Updated database with vehicles from all over the world which can be searched by make or model. Unlimited customizable vehicles data and work done to the customer's vehicle can be stored.
Lead angle procedure can be performed without electronic turntables. Sensors self-diagnostic calibration continuously ensure quality measurement. Lead angle correction can be viewed in real time avoiding repeated measurement procedures.

MEASURE DEVICE
Wireless data transmission at a frequency of 2,4 GHz.
High performance solid state measure sensors (opticals and inclinometers) that allows works under enviromental adverse conditions.
4 high power infrared leds optical system that gives high immunity in adverse lighting conditions. It allows to measure distances up to 6 m between measure devices.
Wheel rotation sensor that allows compensation for eccentricity in real time of all alignment parameters.
Each measure devices has a remote data entry keyboard with different functions that avoids the remote control usage or displacements towards central unit.
New generation Ni-Mh rechargeable batteries wicht last over 25 hours of continuous use. The charger is integrated in the measure device.
